- Produce high-impact foresight reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design and implement strategic pilots for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on organizational evolution
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with future-focused methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in futures studies or innovation management preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
