Responsibilities

- Present visionary roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototype development for 2026 market readiness

- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their 2026 implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
