- Design organizational adaptation roadmaps for workforce evolution
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies
- Curate foresight methodologies and future intelligence systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back strategy implementations
