Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive 2026 technology trend forecasts across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership at industry conferences
- Establish foresight frameworks to continuously scan horizon signals and validate hypotheses
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
