Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present insights and recommendations to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational functions
- Monitor and report on macro-indicators using advanced analytics and AI-driven tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complexity into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and futures simulation software
