- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with predicted market trajectories
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic foresight effectiveness and adaptation capabilities
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Causal Layered Analysis or Delphi Method
