Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning methodologies and trend forecasting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on future-oriented topics
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
