Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and social domains
- Develop quantitative foresight models and scenario-planning frameworks
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic workshops for C-level clients
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Advise on innovation portfolio allocation based on future opportunity mapping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in foresight modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
