Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their socioeconomic implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational priorities with future trends
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities across geopolitical, environmental, and technological domains
- Advance our innovation pipeline by scouting breakthrough technologies and partnerships
- Represent our vision at global forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant quantitative/social sciences
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on strategic decisions through trend analysis
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
