You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready thinking into our DNA, ensuring we're not just prepared for tomorrow but actively creating it.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and validate emerging trends (2026+) across technology, sustainability, and human behavior
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive forces reshaping industries
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused products and services
- Establish KPIs to measure organizational readiness for 2026 market shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented frameworks or trend reports
