Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, and climate science to inform strategic planning
- Develop 5-year scenario forecasts and risk mitigation frameworks for 2026 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on emerging technologies and societal impact
- Mentor junior team members in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
