Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for C-suite leadership on technological adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend briefings with predictive analytics for board-level decision support
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and strategic alignment across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing)
- Published thought leadership in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio of trend analysis documents and scenario planning frameworks
