- Produce trend briefs and scenario planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or futurism
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and frameworks
- Strong network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of strategic roadmaps implemented in Fortune 500 environments
