Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for market positioning and competitive advantage in emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and scenario planning workshops
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, or relevant technical field
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex scenarios
- Experience building innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruptive technologies
