Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to map 2026+ strategic horizons
- Design and lead innovation sprints for breakthrough products/services
- Develop future-proof business models and scenario-planning frameworks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Build and lead a high-impact innovation lab team
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and societal megatrends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
