As a Head of AI Strategy & 2026 Roadmap Architect, you will be at the forefront of defining how Artificial Intelligence integrates with our core products. We are looking for a visionary leader who doesn't just predict trends but actively engineers the future of technology.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between abstract future concepts and concrete engineering solutions. You will lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists to build scalable, robust systems that will define our market position in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing next-gen AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Architect scalable neural networks and deep learning models capable of processing massive real-time data streams.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of elite AI engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic user needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of our long-term vision and mitigate risks associated with emerging tech.
- Drive the adoption of quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience designing systems for high availability and scalability.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
