Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term tech trends with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to assess viability and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on competitive landscapes and emerging industry standards to ensure Nexus remains a market leader.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic plans to the C-suite and board of directors effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic plans in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
