Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Present future insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Design innovation workshops to embed future literacy within client organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends in top-tier journals or industry platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
