Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead high-impact projects in emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives in tech or consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Foresight, Strategic Management, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
