Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market gaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industry verticals
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and DEI principles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and build future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
