- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Monitor global megatrends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders via compelling visual narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex trends to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
