Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to create 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product/service concepts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against future benchmarks
- Author thought leadership content positioning our organization as a 2026 industry pioneer
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to execution
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
