Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Identify and validate emerging market opportunities for venture capital partnerships
- Champion human-centered design principles in future technology implementations
- Mentor innovation teams in agile futurism methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional executive communication skills with C-suite presentation experience
- Published research in futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed journals)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Innovation Management
