Responsibilities

- Establish quantitative frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption curves
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' on emerging business opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, APF) strongly preferred
