Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to accelerate prototype development
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation and human-tech symbiosis
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for policy-shaping initiatives
- Mentor innovation fellows through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk modeling for complex ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or similar) for trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched since 2020
