- Design scalable solutions addressing future societal challenges (climate resilience, accessibility)
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers

- Manage innovation portfolio balancing high-risk experiments with pragmatic implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record delivering future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
