Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems to identify 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier innovation conferences
- Oversee prototype development of future-focused solutions using our $50M innovation fund
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused strategies
