Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, social, and economic domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders via compelling narratives and visualizations
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or related professional designation
