Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) and synthesize actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
