- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into executable R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing principles into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on innovation trajectories
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics and trend valuation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (portfolio examples required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
