Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ scenario roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption opportunities and innovation blindspots
- Produce trend intelligence reports using predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Design and pilot experimental frameworks for ethical tech deployment in high-stakes environments
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive boards and investor summits
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with stakeholder mapping and C-suite communication strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
