Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in foresight/futurism roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers/patents)
