Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into executable product development plans
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation impact and market disruption potential
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate next-gen startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with future-facing methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Proven track record leading high-impact innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical AI frameworks, and sustainable development goals
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
