Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and synthesize actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities
- Author white papers and scenario-planning models for C-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (required)
