Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings on emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AR/VR 2.0)
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities through 2028
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product development pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment timelines
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or technology roadmaps
