Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic patterns to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-facing business models and products
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for technology-driven enterprises
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field required
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
