Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into scalable products
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or business models
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
