Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Produce executive foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product roadmaps
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for multinational organizations
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and predictive analytics models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (academic or industry)
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) highly valued
