- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and emerging tech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product strategies
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for next-generation technology implementations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer R&D initiatives
- Present future outlook insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, Technology Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level future outlook reports
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects or published research
