Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product lines integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis for disruptive innovation pathways
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with corporate vision
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or MBA with innovation focus
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
