Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Strategy 2026, aligning long-term goals with current R&D initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Sustainable Computing.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-horizon product development.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable architectural blueprints.
- Establish partnerships with key tech providers and academic institutions for future talent pipelines.
- Present technical roadmaps to executive leadership to secure budget and resources.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning paradigms.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and cloud infrastructure scalability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor senior engineering teams.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
