The Role:
As the 2026 Tech Roadmap Lead, you will be responsible for synthesizing market trends, technical feasibility, and business objectives to create a robust technology roadmap. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that every technical decision today propels us toward our 2026 vision.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap leading up to the 2026 product launch cycle.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to align technical vision with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact the 2026 roadmap delivery.
- Prioritize feature sets and infrastructure investments based on strategic value and resource availability.
- Act as a thought leader, presenting roadmap updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Engineering Management, or Technical Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year planning horizon).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
