Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruption
- Present trend forecasts and innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global conferences
- Drive implementation of innovation initiatives with measurable ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in multinational corporations
- Published author or frequent speaker at futurism/innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation implementations from concept to market
