Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Architect 5-year product roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with market demands
- Pioneer proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members as part of quarterly reviews
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or corporate foresight at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-driven industries
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainable tech trend analysis and scenario planning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CSO) or equivalent analytical methodologies
- Demonstrated success translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
