- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging threats and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation pipelines

- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices in all innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, technology roadmapping)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and metaverse ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, INSEAD)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused innovation projects with measurable impact
