- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products/services using design thinking
- Build scenario models for disruptive market forces and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with measurable KPIs for future-readiness
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Business Model Canvas, STEEPLE)
