Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and geopolitical shifts to develop forward-looking strategic frameworks
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and business planning
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2030+ market landscapes and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefs translating complex futures into actionable insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, SFI) preferred
