Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce quarterly horizon reports with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
