Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic insights into commercial roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record publishing future-focused research (peer-reviewed journals or industry reports)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale innovation initiatives launched
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
