Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members, translating complex foresight into strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and emerging startups to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Design and implement organizational foresight frameworks to embed future-readiness across departments
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on long-term organizational planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-level and board audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and rapid change
